About the speakers

Tracey McEachran

Tracey McEachran is the Director of Curious Minds Consulting. She has wealth of experience in Leadership, Coaching, Personal Development, Facilitating, Team Development, Sales and Marketing. In 2013, she got a distinction in Executive Coaching at Henley Business school. After working in Senior Management roles for Cadbury Trebor Basset in 2007, she made the bold move and by 2012 graduated as 1st class hons and an MA in photography. Outside her business role, she is a practicing fine art photographer.

Lin Yue

Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Asset Mgt. UK Institutional Business, from 2010 to the present. She constantly strive to be creative while anticipating the changing needs of her clients by ensuring that products and services are properly managed across a full range of asset classes. Since 2012, Lin chairs the Young Icebreakers China, a spawn of the elite 48 Group Club and Diaspora Emerging Leaders Programme. She earned her MSc in Experimental Psychology focusing on Behavioural Finance at University of Oxford.

Simon Yeung

Simon is a FIA with 18 years’ experience. Simon has extensive practical insurance experience including pricing, reserving, capital modelling and underwriting matters, having worked at a senior level in both industry and consultancy roles. Over the years he has consistently applied his analytic skills in developing original solutions to complex challenges. Simon is also experienced at providing Skilled Person Review, for example, he managed the S166 for a large insurer in 2012 for the FSA. In addition, Simon assisted the Financial Reporting Council to investigate the conduct of actuaries, who were involved in the audit and external reserving of a Lloyd’s syndicate, during 2012/2013.
